The service

My Meal Planning keeps a household’s recipes, meal plans and grocery list in one place.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it.

Your recipes are yours

You keep ownership of the recipes and other content you save. You give My Meal Planning the limited permission to host, store, copy, process, back up, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service for your use, including through infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. You can export your household content at any time from your account settings.

You are responsible for having the rights needed for content you upload, import, or ask the service to process, including material from websites, pasted text, photographs, or scans. Please do not upload or import material you have no right to use.

Subscription

A paid household costs $39.99 per year. It renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account → Plan & usage, which takes you to Stripe’s billing page. Cancel before the renewal date and you will not be charged again.

We do not offer refunds for the remainder of a term. You keep full access until that term ends.

If your subscription ends

Nothing is deleted. Your household moves to the free plan, which holds up to 50 recipes. A collection larger than that stays readable and editable — you simply cannot add more until you subscribe again.

Fair use

Please do not use the service to break the law, to upload material you have no right to, or to interfere with anyone else’s household.

Availability

This is a small service. We work to keep it available and we back it up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and we are not liable for loss arising from an interruption. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot replace; you can export your household whenever you like.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so before the change takes effect. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may end an account that breaks these terms.
